Design and Structure
Valve Body: The valve body is made of high-quality, durable materials,
typically a special alloy that offers excellent resistance to
corrosion and high pressure. This ensures the valve can withstand
the harsh operating conditions and high hydraulic pressures in the
concrete pump truck's hydraulic system, guaranteeing long-term

Electromagnetic Actuator: Equipped with a powerful electromagnetic actuator, this valve can

They have excellent resistance to wear, aging, and the chemical
effects of the hydraulic fluid, prolonging the service life of the
valve.
Working Principle
Electromagnetic Control: When an electrical signal is applied to the electromagnetic coil
of the actuator, a magnetic field is generated. This magnetic field
attracts the armature connected to the spool, causing the spool to
move within the valve body. By controlling the magnitude and
duration of the electrical signal, the position of the spool can be
precisely adjusted, thereby controlling the flow direction and rate
of the hydraulic fluid.
Flow Control: In the case of the P-type spool, the valve has specific flow
characteristics. The spool can connect and disconnect different
ports in the valve body according to its position, allowing the
hydraulic fluid to flow in different directions and at different
rates. This enables the precise control of various hydraulic
components in the concrete pump truck, such as the boom cylinders,
piston pumps, and chute mechanisms, ensuring the accurate operation
and movement of the pump truck.

Low Leakage: Thanks to its reliable sealing system, the SDHE-0718 10S (P type)
